This Privacy Policy describes how Mumtex International s.r.o., Company ID (IČ): 21601909, with its registered office at Dandova 2619/13, Horní Počernice, 193 00 Prague, Czech Republic, operating under the brand Webilor, processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Webilor processes personal data responsibly, within a limited and necessary scope, and solely for legitimate business purposes. Personal data is never processed arbitrarily, excessively, or beyond what is required to provide services, communicate with clients, and comply with legal obligations.
The data controller is Mumtex International s.r.o., operating under the Webilor brand. Any communication regarding personal data processing may be directed to info@webilor.com. Requests submitted through other channels may not be considered binding unless properly verified.
Webilor processes only personal data that is voluntarily provided by clients, prospective clients, or website visitors, or data that is generated as a result of using the website. While reputable service providers are selected, Webilor cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute security, or fault-free operation of third-party systems.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits statutory rights granted under GDPR or other applicable laws. However, Webilor’s responsibility is limited to its role as data controller within the scope defined herein.
