The data controller is Mumtex International s.r.o., operating under the Webilor brand. Any communication regarding personal data processing may be directed to info@webilor.com. Requests submitted through other channels may not be considered binding unless properly verified.

Scope of Personal Data Processing

Webilor processes only personal data that is voluntarily provided by clients, prospective clients, or website visitors, or data that is generated as a result of using the website. This may include identification and contact details, company information, billing and invoicing data, communication records, and technical data such as IP address, device type, browser information, and basic usage data.

Webilor does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. If such data is provided without request, it will not be further processed and may be deleted.

The website and related systems are hosted on third-party infrastructure. Webilor does not operate or control server hardware, data centers, or underlying network infrastructure. While reputable service providers are selected, Webilor cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute security, or fault-free operation of third-party systems.

Webilor shall not be held responsible for data loss, security breaches, service outages, or technical failures caused by hosting providers, cloud services, analytics platforms, email services, or other third parties, even if such services are configured, recommended, or facilitated by Webilor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webilor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages, including loss of profit, reputational harm, or business interruption, arising from personal data processing.

Any liability of Webilor is strictly limited to direct, demonstrable damage caused by a proven breach of legal obligations on the part of Webilor. Claims must be proportionate to the actual impact and scope of the alleged violation.

Before initiating any legal action, the data subject agrees to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. Failure to do so may be taken into account when assessing the legitimacy of claims.

All legal relationships arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy are governed exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits statutory rights granted under GDPR or other applicable laws. However, Webilor’s responsibility is limited to its role as data controller within the scope defined herein.
