How We Work

Scope of Services

Webilor provides digital services including, but not limited to, website design and development, e-commerce solutions, web applications, UI/UX and digital design, presentations, brand identity, brand management, and related digital services.

Each project is handled individually. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in a proposal, email communication, or other mutually agreed documentation. Any services not explicitly agreed upon are not included and may be treated as additional work subject to separate approval and pricing.

Project Process and Client Cooperation

The successful completion of a project requires active cooperation from the client. The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

Any delays caused by missing materials, incomplete information, late feedback, or lack of communication from the client may affect the project timeline. Webilor is not responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances, and agreed deadlines may be adjusted accordingly.

Pricing, Advance Payments, and Invoicing

Prices are determined individually based on the scope and complexity of each project. Before work begins, an advance payment of approximately 50% of the total project price is usually required. This advance may vary by ±10%, depending on the nature and structure of the project.

The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or according to agreed milestones. In the event of late or unpaid invoices, Webilor reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are settled.

Hosting and Technical Infrastructure

Websites and applications are typically hosted on third-party hosting platforms. While Webilor may assist with setup, configuration, or recommendations, Webilor is not a hosting provider and does not own or control server infrastructure.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Webilor is not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, data loss, security breaches, or performance issues caused by hosting providers, force majeure events, or other third parties.

In some cases, websites may be deployed on the client’s own hosting, if agreed in advance. Hosting and related technical services are usually subject to recurring monthly payments. Failure to pay these fees may result in suspension or limitation of services.

Maintenance and Ongoing Support

Website or application maintenance is provided only if explicitly agreed, typically as a monthly service. Maintenance focuses on technical stability, updates, security-related adjustments, and minor fixes.

Maintenance does not include major design changes, new features, redesigns, content creation, or work caused by third-party modifications unless separately agreed.

Client Content and Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content provided to Webilor, including texts, images, videos, data, and other materials.

The client confirms that the use of provided materials does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Webilor is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from client-provided content.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, ownership rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

Webilor retains the right to display completed projects as part of its portfolio, references, marketing materials, and case studies, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Termination of Cooperation

The collaboration may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without stating a specific reason. Both parties agree to act fairly and professionally when ending the cooperation.

Upon termination, Webilor will provide the client with completed or in-progress work corresponding to payments already made. Any unpaid work, materials, or deliverables remain the property of Webilor.

Termination does not affect the right to payment for work already performed.

Limitation of Liability

Webilor is responsible for delivering services in a professional manner but does not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, or search engine results, including traffic levels, conversions, or sales performance.

Webilor shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages caused by third-party services or client actions.
